    FCA's Automotive Manufacturing Program

    AMP up your career with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Automotive Manufacturing Program (AMP) designed especially for Macomb Community College (MCC) students. 

    FCA and its manufacturing plants have partnered with Macomb to find individuals looking to put their passion for automobiles to work.  The program combines on-the-job training at FCA with academic coursework at Macomb and gives students the chance to develop leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.  Students will participate in a paid co-op program, working one day per week as a Production Supervisor at an FCA manufacturing facility in the greater Detroit area.

    Upon successful completion of the two-year development program, students may have the opportunity to receive reimbursement of up to 50% of tuition paid toward their earned Associate’s degree (subject to program provisions).

    Program Highlights:

    • A unique partnership between FCA and MCC
    • A two-year Associates Degree program that combines job experience and academic work
    • Students participate in a paid co-op program
    • Graduates may be offered a job with FCA and up to 50% tuition reimbursement
